TruFactor Analytics LLP operates as a Mutual Fund Distributor registered with AMFI (AMFI Registration No. 364110). We facilitate the distribution of mutual fund schemes and provide portfolio review, analytics and educational tools.

As a Mutual Fund Distributor, we do not provide investment advice for a fee and we are not an investment adviser. Our portfolio reviews, projections, comparisons, model outputs and tool results are for general information, educational and illustrative purposes only. They are not personalised investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and are not a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or scheme.

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and any projection or illustration is based on assumptions that may not materialise. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions, and we recommend you consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

• provide accurate, current and complete information, including the statements and details you upload for a portfolio review;
• keep any account credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorised use;
• use the services only for lawful purposes and not to infringe the rights of others or disrupt the services; and
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the services.

Our tools and reviews may rely on data from Asset Management Companies, Registrars and Transfer Agents, market data providers and other public or third-party sources, and may use third-party services (such as scheduling and hosting providers). While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that such data is complete, accurate or up to date, and we are not responsible for third-party services or content.

The website, software, content, branding, design and tools are owned by TruFactor Analytics LLP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use them only as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping or extracting data at scale, or using the services in any way that could damage, disable or impair them or interfere with other users.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any result or output will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruFactor Analytics LLP and its partners, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruFactor Analytics LLP and its partners, employees and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue a feature or service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms or modify the services from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance redressal mechanism, the courts at Noida, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services.

Some of our services include AI-assisted features (such as our advisor assistant, TruAI) that generate analytics, summaries, report drafts and responses. These features are tools to assist you; they do not replace your own judgement.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and must be reviewed and verified before you rely on or act on them. They are provided for information and illustration only and do not constitute investment, legal, tax or financial advice. You remain responsible for any decision or action you take, including any action taken in respect of your clients. AI features are powered by third-party providers and are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
